Every build that leaves our shop is backed by The Flasher Standard, our company-wide promise: one year on our workmanship and materials, our word behind it. For upfitting, that promise is The Uptime Warranty.

What's Not Covered

The Uptime Warranty covers defects in our work. Damage from accidents, misuse, or modifications made outside our shop is not covered, and parts you supply for the job carry their manufacturer's warranty rather than ours.

How to File a Claim

Fill out the warranty claim form below (or email sales@flasherfleetsolutions.com) with your service order or invoice number and a description of the issue.

We confirm your claim and schedule the repair within one week.

We repair the defect at no charge and get your unit back in service.

Yes. Every Flasher Fleet Solutions build is covered by The Uptime Warranty: one year of coverage on our workmanship and the materials we install, from the date of purchase.

What does The Uptime Warranty cover?

It covers defects in our workmanship and in the materials we install, including emergency lighting, sirens, consoles, partitions, wiring, and fleet technology installs. If it fails within a year because of our work, we repair it at no charge.

Does the warranty cover law enforcement and commercial builds?

Yes. The Uptime Warranty applies to every category we build: law enforcement units, Amber Market and commercial fleet builds, and consumer upfitting.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Submit the claim form on this page or email sales@flasherfleetsolutions.com with your service order number and a description of the issue. We respond within one business day and schedule the repair at our Victoria or San Antonio shop.

When does coverage start?

Coverage runs one year from your date of purchase. The Uptime Warranty applies to jobs beginning September 1, 2026.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Seller warrants that its product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Customer's SOLE and EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any and all claims relating to the product shall be the REPAIR OF THE DEFECT upon receipt of written notice describing any alleged defect with particularity. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
